Butterfly Pea flowers can be used to make a nice blue infusion tea called "clitoria tea" or "butterfly pea tea"
When used in drinks, you can wow your friends by changing the color from blue to purple, by making it more acidic
The taste of the Butterfly Pea flower is earthy and woody. It can be added to almost any dish and change it to its distinctive blue color
Butterfly Pea flowers contain an antioxidant that's called proanthocyanidin. This increases blood flow to the capillaries of the eyes
